1、 Product core function: Continuous monitoring of gases and particles in flowing liquids

The AQ air sensor can work without direct contact with liquid. Its core principle is to monitor the liquid flowing through the sensor through sound waves, which can accurately record the presence of gases and particles. The monitoring results will be displayed in real-time on the external control unit, achieving continuous and efficient monitoring of gases and particles in the flowing liquid.

2、 Product design features

  • Structural design: Compact and integrated, with smooth internal surface and surface roughness Ra<0.4um, balancing practicality and sealing.

  • Material and Cleanability: All liquid receiving components are made of acid resistant steel or polypropylene; Supports CIP (In Situ Cleaning), and the steel air sensor can also support SIP (In Situ Steam) cleaning, with a maximum temperature tolerance of up to 130 ° C.

  • Traceability: The product has complete traceability, with polypropylene material sensors holding a 2.1B certificate and 316L steel material sensors holding a 3.1B certificate.

  • Connection method: All connections are made using standard three clip connections, which have good sterility and are easy to assemble and disassemble; Acid resistant steel air sensors are divided into two types: those with connectors (SAC model) and those without connectors (FCS model).

3、 Adjustable sensitivity

  • AQ air sensors can be set to different sensitivity levels according to actual needs:

  • Maximum sensitivity: capable of detecting bubbles as small as 2 millimeters, accurately capturing subtle gas signals;

  • Low sensitivity: only detects the presence or absence of liquids, suitable for basic monitoring scenarios for the presence or absence of liquids.

  • Control unit adaptation: An external ultrasound control unit needs to be connected, which can be paired with an ultrasound controller D72 or DP72 (see ultrasound controller data sheet for detailed parameters).
