Overview
The RNAdvance Tissue Kit is developed based on the principle of SPRI (Solid Phase Carrier Fixation Reversible) paramagnetic bead technology. It is a ribonucleic acid (RNA) separation process that allows you to purify high-quality RNA from blood collected using PAXgene tubes. This kit is designed to process a 96 well plate within approximately 3.5 hours.

Extract RNA from the organization

RNAdvance Tissue Kit

Extract RNA from various tissues while avoiding the removal of organic solvents as waste.

  • High recovery of total RNA from soft, fibrous, and lipid rich tissues
  • Generate high-quality and high integrity RNA to help optimize downstream applications
  • Automation friendly

Functional Features

  • Carboxyl coated SPRI technology nano magnetic beads ensure sample extraction uniformity
  • Used for accurate diagnosis and auxiliary treatment
  • Can accelerate high-throughput detection
  • Total RNA can be isolated from mammalian tissues
  • The purified RNA has a high RIN score, which can enhance its applicability in downstream applications
  • Combining the RNAdvance tissue assay kit with our Biomek workstation can provide a high-throughput and relatively less manual operation solution: manual operation takes about 15 minutes; 96 samples can be extracted within approximately 2 hours and 15 minutes.
