The BioLector XT next-generation high-throughput microbioreactor is a desktop device used for high-throughput screening of microbial cultures, which can monitor common culture parameters online, such as biomass, pH value, dissolved oxygen (DO), and fluorescence intensity of various fluorescent molecules or proteins. In order to achieve high throughput, we cultured on SBS/LAS standardized microplates (48 wells per plate), allowing for the simultaneous processing of up to 48 samples in a BioLector XT microreactor.
