measurement method
Precautions
Ensure that the tested material itself is not charged
The placement point of the heavy hammer electrode should be at least 2 inches away from the edge of the material
The placement point of the heavy hammer electrode should be at least 3 inches away from the grounding terminal on the material
When testing the point-to-point resistance of the testing table, the distance between the two heavy hammer electrodes should be more than 10 inches (matching 10 inch distance markings can be used)
When testing ground point-to-point resistance, the distance between the two heavy hammer electrodes should be at least 36 inches (matching 36 inch distance markings can be used)
The placement point of the heavy hammer electrode is usually taken at the following position to better evaluate whether the material is qualified
Common locations
Severely worn areas
central location
A location far from the grounding point
If the tested material has seams, such as block flooring, clothing, etc., two heavy hammers should be placed separately in different splicing blocks
When testing materials in the laboratory, pre cleaning treatment can be performed. For materials that have been laid and put into operation on site, do not clean them before testing, only
Only clean and retest when the test fails.
When testing, first connect the test meter and electrodes, place the electrodes on the tested material, and then press the test button
When not testing, try to shut down as much as possible to save battery consumption

50005 concentric circle electrode parameters:
2.3 kg weight, 67mm (diameter) x 120mm (height)
Inner circle rubber pad radius (r1): 15mm
Outer ring rubber radius (r2): 28.5mm
Resistance to resistivity conversion coefficient: x10 (the instrument reading is the resistance value, multiplied by 10 is the resistivity)

832 clamp electrode parameters
Red end clamp rubber pad: 6mmx6mm
Black end clamp rubber pad: 6mmx3mm
Rubber pad resistivity: 0.08 Ω - cm
Clamping force: 4.5 kilograms

Material qualification/conformity testing
Conduct qualification testing on newly purchased or installed materials, and save each test data (the instrument can store 100 sets of data). Write the record number of each test data on label paper and stick it in the appropriate position. In the future, regular compliance testing will be conducted on these materials, which can be compared with the qualification testing data stored in the instrument to understand the wear and tear and performance degradation of the materials.

instrument calibration
Calibration environment requirements: temperature 23.9+/-1.7 ℃, relative humidity 40%~60%
The instrument needs to be exposed to the calibration environment for more than 1 hour
Ensure that the instrument battery has sufficient power
Clean the instrument test line socket with isopropanol, and do not touch the socket with your fingers after cleaning
Insert the original test line into the instrument
Insert the other end of the test line into a multimeter (with an accuracy of+/-1.25%), set the multimeter to DC voltage mode, and the multimeter will display a voltage of 10V+/-5%. Press the red test button in the middle of the tester, and the voltage will rise to 100V+/-5%, indicating that the test voltage is correct
Then connect the test line to a single standard resistor or resistor box
The standard resistance used for calibration has an accuracy of+/-2% within 1010 ohms, and an accuracy of+/-5% for 1010 ohms and above
A resistance value less than or equal to 5x103 ohms is qualified within+/-20% of the standard resistance range; The resistance value between 5x103 ohms and less than 1x1012 ohms is qualified within the range of+/-10% of the standard resistance, and the resistance value greater than or equal to 1x1012 ohms is qualified within the range of+/-20% of the standard resistance
