The characteristics of DAC-84E multi-stage temperature controller are as follows:

• It can be automatically adjusted throughout the entire temperature range.

• Up to 4 built-in sensors (SEN type) air heaters can be used simultaneously (dual and triple models that can control the temperature of 2 or 3 heaters are also available).

• High precision temperature control and stable temperature characteristics can be obtained.

• A single device can handle a power range of AC100V to AC200V (AC100V to AC240V).

• The upper and lower temperature alarm functions help to check the set temperature and safety management.

• The setting value can be switched between two levels through external contact input (automatic shift input).

main purpose

When used in combination with SEN type air heater (with built-in temperature sensor), it is suitable for point heating (local heating) applications that require precise temperature control, as shown in the following figure.

• Solder preheating and main heating (same as DAC-8E)

• Deburring, cutting, and bending of resin and metal products

• Drying of adhesives, inks, and paints

• Bending of wound coils
