Sublingual capillary morphology measurement and analysis system
Capillary Endoscopic Image Analysis System
Instruments and software systems used for analyzing microcirculation

Visualize, capture, and record capillaries digitally.
Automatically measure container diameter.
Manual and automatic capillary density.
Use internal laser to increase blood cell velocity from 0.1 mm/s to 15 mm/s.
Use video correlation to measure blood cell velocity from 0 to approximately 2mm/s.
Fast response time follows changes in heart and blood vessel movement speed.
Laser velocity measurement is not limited to nail fold capillaries.
High quality video capillary imaging.
Speed can be measured from tissues with poor image quality using lasers.
The new model is small in size, lightweight, and easy to locate.

CapiScopeIt can display and record video rates at both full frame and full frame rates. Monochrome videos are stored in an uncompressed manner to avoid the following issues: many digital recorders suffer from information loss. Single frames can be saved in BMP or TIFF format, and videos can be exported as AVI files.

CAM1 Capillary Endoscopy System CAM1 Laser Doppler Analysis SystemUse an internal low-power near-infrared (780nm) laser. This is the viewpoint of using an objective lens as small as a spot with a diameter of 10 microns at the center of the field of view.CAM1The laser can be positioned on a capillary ring using an XYZ micro locator.
The laser beam is reflected perpendicular to the tissue surface by blood cells at the moving focus. This makes the laser have a Doppler shift proportional to the reflection velocity of blood cells. The Doppler shift laser is collected by the objective lens, and the internal optoelectronic components are digitized by the CAMDAQ USB moduleCapiScopeLaptop processing. Real time processing of Doppler frequency shift to generate velocity traces in absolute units of mm/s.
The speed trajectory can be saved together with the image or video sequence on the CapiScope's hard drive to measure the capillary notebook.

Speed can also be measured from real-time videos and digitally recorded videosCapiScopeCapture and analyze programs, avi files, or videos from VHS or digital recorders.
Speed is measured by drawing a line along the container using a mouse. Containers can have any orientation, and don't even need to be straight. You can adjust the thickness of the lines to cover the width of the capillaries. This provides the average width of the entire pattern.
The grayscale curve along the line is taken every 1/25 second for each frame of video. By using smaller areas of the image.
Compare the grayscale pattern along each line with the previous frame (or, alternatively, the first few frames represent very low speed). Compare the coefficients of each possible offset of the previous grayscale curve relative to the new configuration file by calculating the correlation. Generating high correlation represents the distance contour measurement and speed traveled between two grayscale levels.CapiScopeDisplay correlation and velocity trajectory (CBV) as a color chart, with red indicating high correlation and blue indicating low correlation. CBV (displayed as black tracks) can take the average value at any time period, and the average result table can be saved or easily pasted into other applications.
