The straightening and cutting machine (3mm-6.5mm) is used for straightening and cutting steel bars with a diameter of 3-6.5mm. The cutting length can be customized according to customer requirements. This machine consists of an inlet section, a straightening section, a cutting section, etc. Its linear gun can automatically cut the wire to a fixed length and automatically drop the material. Operating principle: The motor is driven by a belt to increase the speed, causing the straightening cylinder to rotate at high speed. When the steel bars are adjusted to the predetermined length, the hammer strikes the knife holder to cut the steel bars. When the cut steel bars fall into the receiving rack, due to the action of the spring, the knife holder returns to its original position, completing one cycle.

Fault handling
Bending wire: Adjust the angle of the straightening block, check whether the straightener and the rolling groove, and cut the assembly are in a straight line.
Broken wire: The straightening block angle is too large, the compression spring on the cutting assembly becomes soft, the knife cannot retract, the compression spring on the wire feeding roller is too loose, and the material is not good.
Running wire: The rolling spring is too tight, the tension spring of the slide is too loose, the steel rod for dragging wire under the slide is not in place, and the slide does not slide.
Short section: The tension spring between the slide and the host is too loose. Adjust the tension spring.
Machine vibration: Adjust the balance of the straightening block.
