The embossed mesh machine, also known as the pre bending mesh machine, embossing mesh machine, mining screening mesh machine, and square eye mesh machine, is mainly used for the production of embossed mesh.
The semi-automatic embossing machine can weave large-diameter steel, iron, lead, and stainless steel wire embossing nets. The difference from the fully automatic embossing net weaving machine is that the large-diameter metal wire is first rolled into the desired curved shape by the embossing machine, and then woven on this series of weaving machines. This product has a compact and reasonable structure, good performance, easy operation, and reliable operation. The mesh products produced by this machine undergo a process of first rolling and then weaving, with two bends clamped in relative positions to ensure the size of the mesh and a sturdy structure.
