Installation and Debugging

1. This machine should be installed on a relatively flat foundation, and some soft cushions should be placed on the foundation to prevent the machine from high-speed and ground vibration;
2. The host is connected to the slide on the same straight line, until it is the smoothest;
3. Rotate the punch head by hand to see if it is engaged with the cutting assembly. If it is not engaged, adjust the height of the slide rail bracket pulley;

5. Connect the slide spring;
6. The motor on top is consistent with the cutting wheel tip;
7. Adjust, slowly bend, increase the angle of the middle three pieces, and if there is a bean grain bend, reduce the angle;
8. Adjust the slider inside the slide to the size you need (measured from the bottom of the cutting section), and tighten the slider with screws.

Fault handling

Bending wire: Adjust the angle of the straightening block, check whether the straightener and the rolling groove, and cut the assembly are in a straight line.

• Broken wire: The straightening block angle is too large, the compression spring on the cutting assembly becomes soft, the knife cannot retract, the compression spring on the wire feeding roller is too loose, and the material is not good.
• Running wire: The rolling spring is too tight, the tension spring of the slide is too loose, the steel rod for dragging wire under the slide is not in place, and the slide does not slide.
• Short section: The tension spring between the slide and the host is too loose. Adjust the tension spring.
• Machine vibration: Adjust the balance of the straightening block.
