How to use

When filtration is required, place the filter membrane on the filter head and fix the filter cup and filter head together with clamps. Connect the filter bottle and vacuum pump, open each valve, inject the solution into the filter cup, turn on the vacuum pump, and the solution quickly passes through the filter bracket on the filter head under negative pressure and flows into the filter bottle. When all the solution in the filter cup flows into the filter bottle, simply remove the filter membrane to be analyzed. This product can select filter membranes of different materials according to the needs of the operator to filter different samples, such as suspended solids, bacteria, chlorophyll, etc., suitable for all solution filtration work.

Precautions

① Before use, the filter must be cleaned and the selected filter membrane should be soaked overnight. It is recommended to use independent sterile filter membranes, which are available for sale in Green Alliance

② If self sterilization is required, the wet membrane should be attached to the support plate during disinfection, covered with a sealing gasket, and the threads of the storage cup and support should be slightly tightened. After disinfection, tighten them and wrap them with gauze for hot pressing disinfection to prevent the microporous membrane from breaking.
