Working Principle:

Cleaning SMT steel mesh not only thoroughly cleans (0201 opening is no problem), but also avoids possible injuries from direct contact with solvents by employees. This cleaning machine adopts a fully pneumatic method and does not connect to a power source, so there is no risk of fire. In the past, we usually used wiping paper combined with solvent to clean the steel mesh after changing wires, which was time-consuming, laborious, and ineffective.

Notes:

During the use of SMT steel mesh cleaning machine, there are six major precautions provided to customers as follows:

1. The installation site of the steel mesh cleaning machine equipment is strictly prohibited from approaching fire sources, heat sources, or power sources. Grounding wires and exhaust ducts must be installed independently and must not be connected or interconnected with any other equipment

2. Please wear protective equipment when replacing solvents, adding and removing solvents, replacing filter cartridges, and taking and delivering steel mesh. To ensure the physical health of operators and prevent the occurrence of safety accidents.

3. It is required to strictly connect, adjust, and use the gas source pressure according to the rated standards. Operate the machine according to the instructions and procedures in the machine manual.

4. Do not bring cloth strips, paper scraps or other debris into the machine cleaning room, and do not leave them in the liquid storage tank, otherwise it may cause pipeline blockage and machine damage.

5. Please pay attention to moderate force when operating the machine to avoid damage to the machine components.

6. Do not use solvents to clean the surface of the machine or other non stainless steel components to ensure the service life of the machine.
