The reducer drives the dual driving wheels to rotate, and the steel strand is inserted into the wire port from one end. The driving wheel and the dual driven wheels press the steel strand forward along the conduit and enter the reserved hole until it exits from the other end of the hole and reaches the tensioning size.

Instructions for using the steel strand threading machine

1. Preparation before startup:

(1) Check if the electrical circuit is intact and inspect the oil level inside the gearbox.

(2) Check if the direction of motor rotation matches the direction indicated by the arrow on the casing.

(3) Connect the power supply, debug and confirm the forward and reverse rotation.

2. The steel strand threading machine is working normally:

(1) Insert the steel strands that have been placed on the rack into the machine's inlet, switch the electric inlet button, and slowly insert the steel strands into the machine. Follow the conduit into the reserved hole until the other end reaches the reserved tension size, and cut them with a handheld grinder.

(2) When the conveying distance cannot be reached, the screw of the driven wheel compression spring on the machine can be adjusted until it meets the working requirements, but it cannot be adjusted too tightly to avoid exacerbating the wear of the compression wheel during operation and reducing its service life.

(3) When working, pay attention to whether the operation is normal. If any fault is found, stop the machine immediately, identify the cause and eliminate the fault before restarting!

Maintenance and upkeep of steel strand threading machine

1. Regularly check the lubricating oil inside the gearbox of the steel strand threading machine and the wear level of the pressure wheel. If the pressure wheel adjustment cannot reach the usage level, the rotating wheel should be replaced in a timely manner.

2. When threading steel strands, if the pulley slips or the driving force is insufficient, please make the belt slip in a timely manner.

3. After each use, the steel strand threading machine should be placed in a dry, windless, and rainless environment. Please keep the equipment dry and tidy.
