Scope of application:
Used for processing unqualified turbine oil, it is widely used in the online processing of turbine oil for steam turbines, gas turbines, and water turbines in industries such as power, chemical, papermaking, and metallurgy. It ensures the normal operation of the unit regulation and wetting system, adopts new aggregation and separation technologies, and can also be used for low viscosity hydraulic oil, cooling oil, and other low viscosity lubricating oils that need to remove a large amount of moisture and achieve precision filtration of impurities.
This machine uses physical means to quickly remove harmful components such as water, impurities, and gases (acetylene, hydrogen, methane, etc.) from oil without affecting its composition and performance; Ensure the normal operation of the unit regulation and lubrication system, and extend the maintenance cycle of the unit.

Product Features:
1)By integrating agglomeration vacuum technology, molecular absorption, vacuum drying, and automatic emulsification breaking technology, no additives are used to break the emulsion completely.
2) The unique ternary one-step dehydration method can separate a large amount of water from the oil, as well as remove trace amounts of water from the oil. The dehydration and emulsification efficiency is high, making severely cloudy and emulsified oil become clean and transparent.
3) The device adopts a hierarchical encryption and filtering system setting. The filter can be repeatedly cleaned and used, with low consumable costs and long service life. The high-precision filter configuration can effectively remove fine particles and impurities in the oil.
4) A medium condensation device combining strong wind and water cooling technology is used to condense and remove water from the extracted high-temperature and high heat mixed gas, improving the effective output power of the equipment, greatly extending the service life of accessories, and making the equipment more durable;
5) The heater adopts a low load design to ensure that the oil can be uniformly heated in the heater, effectively avoiding hazards such as oil cracking and aging;
6) Advanced electrical system and automatic infrared oil level control system, automatic control will not cause oil leakage;
7)Steam turbine oil dehydration filterIt can achieve unmanned online operation with equipment such as steam turbines and water turbines, with low noise and meeting the world's high environmental standards;
8) The equipment can automatically drain without stopping, making the operation and use of the equipment simpler and more user-friendly;
9)If the oil acid value exceeds the standard, BZ regeneration device can be used in combination to reduce the acid value and dielectric loss. The acid value (mgKOH/g) after oil treatment is ≤ 0.03; It can also purify oil products that have already experienced steam leakage, aging, acid content, foaming, and emulsification, so that the various quality indicators of the oil products meet the requirements of the "GB/T 7596-2008 Quality Standard for Steam Turbine Oil in Operation". It can be used for online demulsification, dehydration, acid removal, and impurity removal, making severely turbid emulsified turbine oil clear and transparent.
