1、 Overview of UHZ Insulated Magnetic Flip Plate Liquid Level Gauge:

The UHZ insulation type magnetic flip plate (flip column) liquid level gauge is a quick and easy to disassemble, easy to install, center distance can be selected freely, observation direction can be changed freely, and on-site indication has high visibility. It also has the advantages of reasonable structure, easy installation and debugging, low maintenance, and low price It is an ideal measuring instrument for detecting and monitoring the liquid level of media in various containers such as towers, tanks, tanks, boxes, and reaction vessels in industries such as petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, power, and medicine.

Our unit has developed various performance UHZ insulation type magnetic flip plate (flip column) liquid level gauges based on the specific situation of each industry. The installation methods include side mounted, inner floating ball side mounted, insertion type, etc. Among them, there are various specifications such as on-site display, on-site display and remote transmission of electricity, upper and lower limit alarms, jacket type, high temperature resistance, high pressure resistance, corrosion resistance, etc., to meet the needs of a wide range of users.

2、 Structure and working principle of UHZ-1W and UHZ-3W steam insulated magnetic flap level gauges:

(1) This level gauge is composed of an insulation jacket installed outside the main body of the base type, and steam or other heat medium is introduced to maintain the normal flow of liquid inside the main body. Therefore, it is suitable for measuring and controlling the level of easily solidified liquids. For low boiling point liquids, cold water or other refrigerants can be introduced to ensure the stability of the liquid level and enable the instrument to correctly indicate the measured liquid level. This model of product is equipped with analog signal sensing transmitters and XQ transmitters, which can also achieve the functions of DB and EB products.

(2) Basic parameters:

Medium viscosity: ≤ 3.5Pa. S

Other parameters: UHZ-1W is the same as UHZ-1

UHZ-3W is the same as UHZ-3

(3) Installation

The main installation of UHZ-1 is the same, and the insulation sleeve flange and the heat or cold source flange are tightly sealed with gaskets, and the screws are evenly tightened. Both liquid level sensing transmitters and transmitters can be installed using the same installation method as UHZ-3 and UHZ-2 models.

Note: Heating or cooling agents can also be made into pipe thread interfaces.

3、 Structure and working principle of UHZ-1W/B and UHZ-3W/B anti frost magnetic flap level gauges:

(1) This level gauge is based on the UHZ-1 type and is mainly used for anti frost insulation maglev level gauge. It is a product designed by our company specifically to solve the problem of frost and ice formation on the main tube of the level gauge for low-temperature level storage tanks. It is different from UHZ-1W and UHZ-3W in that it does not have flange or pipe thread interfaces for heat and refrigerant agents. Instead, it uses vacuum pumping inside the insulation jacket to effectively isolate cold and heat conduction, ensuring that the main body of the level gauge will not freeze or frost, thus ensuring the normal use of the level gauge.

(2) Basic parameters

Medium viscosity: ≤ 3.5Pa. S

Other parameters: UHZ-1W is the same as UHZ-1

UHZ-3W is the same as UHZ-3

(3) Installation

The main installation is basically the same as the UHZ-1W type, but it does not require interfaces for connecting cold and heat media. Its vacuum interface is sealed with valves and plugs. If the insulation effect cannot be achieved after long-term use, the valve plug can be opened to vacuum again before sealing.
