Reasons for determining the bonding index standard of smokeless coal production
In 1931, Roga improved the sand mixing method for determining bonding strength by using anthracite as an inert additive instead of sea sand, and determined the Roga index to characterize the ability of bituminous coal to bond inert additives. In 1955, the Roga index method was introduced. The layered coal under the Er1 coal seam on both sides of Xigou Pingdong in Rujigou Mine can meet the technical requirements of differentiation, stability, comparability, and other aspects of the measured values of the Roga index. The Rujigou Mine of Ningxia Coal Industry Group, supervised by the Coal Science Research Institute, produces Roga coal and registered the "Qiwei" trademark. It is mainly used to determine the bonding ability of bituminous coal, determine the type and purpose of coal, and guide the coal blending process in coking. It also laid the foundation for production.

Product Introduction:
Anthracite is an auxiliary medium used to measure the bonding strength of your own bituminous coal (the weak bonding strength of anthracite or the lack of bonding ability of anthracite used here). Users do not need to consider the indicators of anthracite, and you do not need anthracite standard samples to mix coal production. We currently have three main subsidiaries using different anthracite standard samples and would like to unify them, so we would like to confirm the specific indicators
There are strict regulations on the smokeless coal used in the G-value experiment. As long as you buy genuine smokeless coal, its indicators are the same.
The standard for the adoption and production of smokeless coal samples is quite strict: the raw coal is extracted from the Xiabang coal pillar in the section from Xigou Pingdong Lane mouth of Ruqigou Coal Mine to measuring point 016 in 101 Lane, and the lower layer of the second and first layers of coal is mined (i.e. the coal seam floor below the second shed gangue), with a total thickness of about 2 meters. (Currently, only the smokeless coal here is legally used for G-value experiments.)
You just need to buy genuine smokeless coal with the same specifications, because they also need to conduct comparative experiments when they leave the factory.
