Product features:
The stainless steel shock resistant diaphragm box pressure gauge uses a diaphragm box as a sensitive element for measuring small pressures. The measurement of micro pressure and negative pressure of gases that do not corrode copper alloys and have no explosive hazard is widely used in boiler ventilation, gas pipelines, combustion devices, and other similar equipment. The stainless steel diaphragm pressure gauge is made of stainless steel material according to the pressure system and housing. Applied to the measurement of micro pressure and negative pressure of various gas media in processes with high corrosion resistance requirements.
The stainless steel diaphragm pressure gauge is a micro pressure gauge with corrosion resistance developed based on the structural characteristics of the original diaphragm pressure gauge. Applied to equipment such as boiler ventilation and gas pipelines, measuring the micro pressure and negative pressure of various gas media in processes with high corrosion resistance requirements. *Degree level: 2.5
Correct installation and use of the product:
1. The installation location of the stainless steel shock resistant diaphragm box pressure gauge instrument should have no significant vibration, sufficient light, and moderate height to facilitate reading and maintenance. The ambient temperature should be within the range of -25 ℃ to 55 ℃, and the relative humidity should not exceed 80%. If the ambient temperature during instrument use deviates from the standard ambient temperature (+20 ℃± 5 ℃), additional temperature errors must be considered. The surrounding air should not contain harmful impurities that corrode instruments.
2. The instrument must be installed vertically.
3. To seal the instrument connector, sealing gaskets made of materials such as leather or copper sheets can be added.
4. Scope of allowable use of instruments:
When measuring positive pressure - the uniform load should not exceed 3/4 of the measurement upper limit value; The variable load should not exceed 2/3 of the measurement upper limit value.
5. When measuring impact pressure, damping screws should be installed at the instrument joint.
