1、 Purpose:
Sampling cylinder is a high-pressure steel cylinder container used for collecting, storing, and transporting gas samples to analytical instruments. It is mainly used in oil and gas fields, refineries, chemical plants, liquefied gas stations, product quality supervision and inspection institutes (national inspection centers), gas measurement and testing institutes, natural gas thermal power companies, environmental monitoring stations of gas gathering plant research institutes, oil and gas processing plants, and other units and departments to sample and analyze fuel gas and natural gas. (Can be used for sampling ethylene, propylene, butadiene gas and liquid)
2、 Main technical parameters:
1. Working pressure: 4Mpa, 16Mpa, 20Mpa, 32MPa, 50MPa, 70MPa.
2. Working temperature: -40~50 ℃.

4、 Structural configuration:
1. The cylinder body of the sampling (device) steel cylinder with a small volume is made of stainless steel seamless steel pipe by rotary extrusion, with no welds and high pressure resistance.
2. The middle of the sampling cylinder is a hand-in-hand handle, and the two ends are double valve structures. The outer diameter of the valve connecting pipe is interfaces such as Φ 3mm, Φ 6mm, and Φ 8mm; The conversion joint between the valve and the cylinder body is a tapered thread, with reliable sealing and no leakage; Valves can be equipped with explosion-proof diaphragms and pressure gauges according to user requirements.
3. The sampling cylinder can be customized with high-pressure stainless steel sampling lines or high-pressure metal sampling hoses according to user requirements. One end is connected to the valve interface of the steel cylinder, and the other end is connected to the user's on-site interface (such as wellhead site, gas chromatograph, etc.), providing users with a quick connector for quick and convenient sampling connection;
4. Sampling cylinders can be customized and processed according to user requirements, with built-in aluminum alloy steel cylinder toolboxes, making it easy to carry and use for safe sampling at gas production sites.
5、 The sampling cylinder is designed according to the relevant national standards for small pressure vessels and produced according to enterprise standards. The product comes with pressure testing reports, certificates of conformity, labels, etc. when it leaves the factory.
