1、 Technical requirements for stainless steel fume hood products
Made with stainless steel technology, the lines are soft, the load-bearing capacity is good, the combination is flexible, it is easy to maintain, easy to install and transport, and the appearance design is beautiful and generous; Boundary dimension error value: length, width, height ≤ 3mm; cabinet diagonal or frame diagonal ≤ 1000mm, allowable error value for adjacent edge perpendicularity ≤ 3mm, allowable error value for adjacent edge perpendicularity ≤ 4mm.
Appearance and internal cavity dimensions:
The net space of the operating surface of the 1200 * 800 * 2350mm fume hood is ≥ 930mm × 690mm × 1150mm;
1500 * 800 * 2350mm fume hood operating surface net space ≥ 1230mm × 690mm × 1150mm;
The net space on the operating surface of the 1800 * 800 * 2350mm fume hood is ≥ 1530mm × 690mm × 1150mm;
2、 Process requirements for Ningbo stainless steel fume hood:
1. Tabletop: Made of laboratory 12.7mm thick core physical and chemical board, with edges up to 25.4mm on all sides. It is corrosion-resistant, resistant to various strong acids, alkalis, and organic solvents, has toughness, impact resistance, high temperature resistance of 200 ℃, waterproof, anti-bacterial growth, and does not contain any toxic substances. It is healthy, environmentally friendly, and anti-static.
2. Lining and guide plate: Imported fume hood acid and alkali resistant guide plate is used, with a 5mm thick white surface SOLIDPHENOLIC RESIN COMPOSITE LINER laminated chemical board installation. The installation position and angle should ensure even distribution of exhaust. Under standard conditions, the ratio of exhaust air volume at the upper, middle, and lower air outlets of the deflector is about 50 ± 10% each to ensure effective removal of gases with different densities. In addition, it is designed with manually adjustable exhaust air volume ratios to increase the ratio of exhaust air volume at the middle and lower air outlets to over 80% to meet the needs of different experiments.
3. Window: The frame is made of aluminum alloy material, and the interior is made of 5mm thick tempered glass. The window adopts an uninterrupted balanced and concealed structural design. Window balancing ensures smooth opening and closing of the window, allowing it to slide freely up and down and stay in any position. At the vertical closure of the fume hood window and the fume hood worktable, an airflow grille is designed to prevent gas from escaping due to temperature differences, ensuring that negative pressure is not generated in the working area of the cabinet when the window is closed and the fan is still working.
4. Window handle: Made of epoxy resin powder spray painted steel handle, beautiful and generous.
5. Suspension steel cable: Using 5mm diameter PVC coated steel cable, it has the characteristics of rust prevention, strong load-bearing capacity, rust resistance, and corrosion resistance.
The outer shell and body of the fume hood are made of 1.0mm high-quality SUS304 stainless steel plate, which is cut, stamped, bent, and gas shielded welded by machine tools. The surface is treated with wire drawing technology, which has the characteristics of strong acid and alkali resistance, corrosion resistance, impact resistance, and strong toughness. The surface of the steel is flat and smooth, without obvious welding scars, bubbles, dents, indentations, scratches, cracks, pitting, chipping, and cutting edges. The drilling position is determined by the mold. Cutting, drilling, and chamfering should be deburred.
6. Backboard: In order to accommodate the installation and daily maintenance of water, electricity, and gas, the lower cabinet backboard is designed as a detachable backboard.
7. Ventilation cabinet controller: adopts microcomputer integrated LCD touch panel switch control, with a beautiful and elegant appearance, easy to maintain and replace.
8. Socket: It adopts a multifunctional waterproof three hole socket and is equipped with an overload protection switch.
9. Lighting: Fluorescent lamps are used for illumination to ensure that the working surface has a brightness standard of no less than 450Lux, does not come into contact with the gas inside the cabinet, and is easy to replace.
10. Water: Taiwan, China Taixiong single mouth, double mouth or three mouth white water, cold and hot water can be adjusted,
The water outlet nozzle is made of copper and has a pointed tip. It has a high head and a single mouth that rotates 360 °, making it easy to use for multiple purposes. It can be disassembled and cleaned. Each standard fume hood is equipped with a reserved installation position for a water valve. (Optional according to customer requirements)
11. Sink: It is made of Taiwan, China Taixiong PP material, molded, acid and alkali resistant, and installed under the platform with bottom support. (Optional according to customer requirements)
12. Air valve: Made of copper surface treated with epoxy resin spraying process, high pressure resistant, acid alkali resistant, heat-resistant material, single port isolation operation type. Each standard fume hood is equipped with a reserved installation position for gas dampers. (Optional according to customer requirements)
13. Hinge: Guangdong Xinghui ABC brand hinge is used, with a maximum opening frequency of 100000 times.
14. Distribution box: Designed in an embedded manner and fixed on the back panel of the lower box of the fume hood, it includes air switches, overload protectors, and contactors.
15. Cabinet door and handle: Adopting an integrated design, the handle is a concealed type in a straight line, and the cabinet door is designed with ventilation louvers to prevent corrosion inside the cabinet due to solvent evaporation.
