1、 Precautions for using an online aluminum liquid hydrogen analyzer:
1. When connecting the probe to the preamplifier, follow the "long out short in" connection and insert it into the "O" ring at the inlet and outlet of the preamplifier, then tighten the screw cap.
2. The probe should be preheated before being placed in the aluminum liquid. The old probe should be preheated for more than 10 minutes, and the new probe should be preheated for more than 15 minutes.
3. The flow rate of the tested aluminum liquid should not be too fast, and the depth should be deep enough.
4. Before placing the probe into the aluminum liquid, the oxide layer and impurities on the surface of the aluminum liquid should be removed, and the "purge valve" of the instrument should be opened to fill the entire probe with nitrogen gas. The probe should be perpendicular to the surface of the aluminum liquid and placed at a depth of 7.5cm, which is marked on the probe.
5. After placing the probe into the aluminum liquid, during manual sampling, press the "blow" button and perform multiple "blows". Wait for the instrument display value to stabilize before "clearing" and then proceed with "measurement".
6. After measuring the data, the "purge valve" must be opened before removing the probe.

Online hydrogen analyzerThe hydrogen probe used is made of alumina aluminum melt, which consists of a bubble tube, a gas collection hood, a filter, a copper sleeve, and a stainless steel tube. The outlet is connected to the bubble tube, and the inlet is connected to the gas collection hood. During analysis, the instrument circulation system pumps out the circulating gas from the outlet, enters the aluminum melt through the bubble tube, and after a certain stroke in the aluminum melt, the gas enters the instrument through the filter, gas collection hood, and inlet. The copper sleeve is used as the instrument bracket to fix the hydrogen measuring probe.
Note: The "inlet" plug is shorter than the "outlet" plug, so we call it "long out short in".
3、 ELH-IV hydrogen analyzer gas source:
1. The carrier gas used for the instrument is high-purity N2 gas (≥ 99.99%);
2. When in use, the gas source is provided by a 200ml gas cylinder built into the instrument, which comes with a pressure reducing device and pressure gauge;
3. When the pressure gauge of the gas cylinder shows that the air pressure is less than 1.5Mpa, take out the gas cylinder and inflate it.
Note: The inflation pressure of the instrument gas cylinder should not exceed 15Mpa, and the inflation joint should be firmly connected and not leak during inflation; The pressure of the instrument gas cylinder after inflation is less than 1.5 Mpa, which cannot guarantee a complete measurement (referring to obtaining 2-3 data points from the beginning); The pressure of the instrument cylinder after inflation depends on the pressure of the nitrogen cylinder.
4、 Routine inspection of instruments
In order to maintain the normal, accurate and reliable measurement of the instrument, necessary checks must be conducted on the instrument before measurement. After the instrument has been out of use for a period of time, it must be checked before use. Fill in the data from each inspection into a table and save it for comparison and observation to understand the changes in the instrument and accumulate experience. If any abnormal phenomena are found, corresponding measures should be taken.
