Testing principle: The cutting edge of the tested tool is horizontally fixed on the tool fixture with an upward direction. The cutting medium is pressed onto the blade with a pressure of 50N using an additional code. The cutting medium remains stationary, and the tool fixture is driven by a motor to cut the cutting medium back and forth at a speed of 50mm/s. The cutting stroke is 40mm, and a total of 30 cycles are cut back and forth,The vertical height of the cutting medium falling during each cutting stroke is obtained through sensors, and the data is statistically analyzed by the computer. The sum of the cutting depths in the first three cutting cycles is the sharpness of the tool, and the sum of the cutting depths in the 30 cutting cycles is the durability of the tool.
