Usage: Open the sterilization packaging and pump tube packaging on the ultra clean workbench/biosafety cabinet in the sterile room, assemble the pump tube and accessories into a complete incubator using aseptic operation methods, and filter on the bacterial collector according to the prescribed method.


The operating method of the microbial limit test bacterial culture set is:

a) Hold the filter base firmly with one hand and loosen the fixing ring on the stainless steel base counterclockwise with the other hand. After rotating it into place, carefully detach the cup body.

b) Carefully remove the "O" - shaped sealing ring with sterile tweezers, and then remove the PTFE gasket.

c) Carefully remove the filter membrane with sterile tweezers and place its front side (filter surface) flat on the surface of the culture medium after filtration. After filtration, the microporous filter membrane needs to be disassembled and removed. At this time, the stainless steel base and fixing screw should be loosened in opposite directions with both hands, and the cup body should be carefully detached after loosening. Use sterile forceps to remove the filter membrane and place its front surface (bacterial surface) flat on the surface of the solid culture medium. After filtration or cultivation is completed, it should be cleaned in a timely manner. It can be boiled in soapy water and then cleaned with gauze (do not use steel wire balls or other equipment that may scratch the plastic cup), rinsed clean, and left to air dry naturally. If bacteria grow in the cup, it can be boiled in disinfectant or steam sterilized before cleaning. Disposable pump tubing should be fitted with a needle sleeve after each use, cut in the middle, and then disinfected.

Attention:

1. Before filtering the medium, check whether the fixing ring of the stainless steel base on the filter cup is loose. If it is loose, it needs to be tightened.

2. The accessories such as pump tubes, respirators, clamps, etc. are sterile packaged and provided by our company. They can only be used once and are not suitable for wet heat sterilization.

3. The maximum temperature suitable for transparent cup body is not more than 130 ℃, otherwise it may cause deformation and damage. After repeated high-temperature and high-pressure sterilization and cleaning, the transparency may decrease. If it affects the experimental operation, it is recommended to replace the cup with a new one.

4. Any mechanical impact (drop, collision) or improper use may cause damage to the product. It is recommended to handle with caution and follow the terms of this manual during use.

5. This filter is not suitable for filtering the following media: a) strong acids; b) Strong alkali; c) Strong oxidizing agent; d) Various organic solvents that are incompatible with the chemical properties of materials such as cup bodies.

6. Disposable pump tubing should be fitted with a needle sleeve after each use, cut in the middle, and then disinfected.
