The final thickness for the 25 explosion-proof boxes that need to be purchased includes a thickness of 3mm for the explosion-proof maintenance power box, explosion-proof power box, and explosion-proof lighting box, and a thickness of 2mm for the explosion-proof operation box. There should be no deviation in thickness, and they are all made of 304 stainless steel brushed film.

1. The total demand for low-voltage maintenance power boxes is 36 units: 11 units of type A and 25 units of type B (including 19 ordinary power boxes and 6 explosion-proof power boxes).

2. The maintenance power box is made of outdoor 304 stainless steel material, with specific parameters shown in Figure 1.

3. The layout and materials inside the cabinet should be constructed according to Figure 2, and the wiring process should be neat and beautiful.

4. The cabinet door needs to have a reliable and obvious grounding.

5. All components inside the maintenance power box must be installed and debugged by the manufacturer.

6. The material list for the maintenance power box only includes the main components such as air switches, aviation plugs, and indicator lights. Other auxiliary materials (such as cables and bolts inside the cabinet) are supplied by the manufacturer.

Copper Phoenix terminals from Nanjing Phoenix Company are used for the terminals, leaving empty terminals between different circuits in the terminal block, between different voltage levels, and between positive and negative power supplies and the closing and tripping circuits. Each terminal should only be connected to one wire or cable core, and there should be no less than 20% spare terminals at the end of the terminal block.

The main power supply in the cabinet adopts a rated current of 160A plastic shell circuit breaker. Four 80A plastic shell circuit breakers and two 32A air circuit breakers with leakage protection are connected to the lower port of the main power supply. Two 80A plastic shell circuit breakers are directly introduced into the lower terminal block, and two are respectively connected to the two three-phase power sockets below. One 32A air circuit breaker is introduced into the single-phase three hole socket below, and one 32A air circuit breaker is introduced into the lower terminal block.

The cables connected to the molded case circuit breaker inside the cabinet are connected with copper wires of not less than 16 square millimeters, and the air circuit breaker circuit is connected with copper wires of not less than 6 square millimeters.

The molded case circuit breaker is equipped with leakage protection function.

4.3 Selection of Electrical Components:

The components inside the power maintenance box are shown in the attached diagram.
