Product design features:
A special structural design has been carried out to meet the special requirements of the stacked force standard machine for force value error (forward and backward) and azimuth error.
The first special design: the force point is at the top of the entire machine. Upward plunger cylinder, upward sensor. The self weight of the reaction frame falls on the sensor. Ensure that the force axis of the standard machine is always coaxial with the gravity axis.
The second special design: seamless reaction frame. The piston lift completes the adjustment of the tension and compression space without changing the force reference.
The third special design: square reaction frame. The base and crossbeam adopt a solid square structure, eliminating the inconsistency of force deformation in the 0 ° and 180 ° directions and the 90 ° and 270 ° directions.
The fourth special design: using a single sensor to measure force. German HBM high-precision (00 level C18, better than 0.01%) load sensor for measurement.
