The filtration device of this machine is composed of multiple layers of overlapping filter plates and flange rings. The holes on the filter plates are punched by a computer with small and uniform hole density, which ensures that the pressure of the filter material on each layer of the filter plate is uniform, resulting in excellent filtration accuracy. The inner shell and chassis of this machine form a closed inner cavity, and the liquid enters the inner cavity through multiple holes on the outer flange of the barrel after being pressurized. After passing through the filter material mesh plate, it exits through multiple holes on the middle small flange and is discharged through a qualified liquid outlet.
The filter material of this machine can be selected from polypropylene filter membrane, reinforced filter membrane, filter paper, filter cloth, special filter membrane for this machine, etc. Qualified filter materials can be selected according to the user.

Comparison between stacked frame filter and frame filter:
1. This machine can withstand a certain pressure of 0.5 and 0.6 Mpa without leaking liquid. Due to the use of mechanical compression and fully enclosed flange connection, leakage is eliminated.
2. The machine has a certain flow rate of 200T/h, preferably up to 4T/h. This is because the machine enters from the inlet DN40 or DN50, DN80, DN100, DN120, and is divided into two to three outlets to enter the filter. In addition, there are seven or eight holes in the middle of each flange to enter the inner cavity for filtration, and then the middle small flange has multiple holes to exit. The outlet is DN40 or DN50, DN80, DN100, DN120, which fully ensures the inflow and outflow of liquid, thus ensuring a high flow rate. Shorten the filtration cycle.

This filter also has a unique system with backwashing device and insulation heating device (mainly to replace the filter membrane when it is blocked during filtration), which prolongs the working time and increases the cost of consumables. This machine is specially equipped with a special microporous filter membrane with backwashing device and insulation heating. It is mainly used for industries such as chemical and pharmaceutical, where liquid temperature is low and crystallization occurs during filtration, and some liquids become viscous at low temperatures.
