The filter element adopts hydrophobic polytetrafluoroethylene or polypropylene folding microporous membrane. The filter is made of high-quality imported stainless steel (304, 316), designed and manufactured according to GMP standards, which is efficient, energy-saving, safe, and reliable. It is widely used for purifying fermentation air, injection air, inert gases (can be used as a total air filter, sub filter), and "breathing apparatus" for distilled water tanks. The sterilization gas filter is designed and manufactured specifically for the purpose of sterilization during gas exchange in storage tanks in the pharmaceutical and food industries. The gas filtration accuracy is 0.22UM particles, and the efficiency reaches 99.99%. The filtration capacity can be selected within the range of 0.1-100m3/min. The medium thickness is only 0.8mm, with uniform and stable pore size, low gas resistance, and easy regeneration. The filter element can be used for two to three years under normal circumstances, and can be extended to four to six years after regeneration. It can also be used for filtering sterilization steam. This filter can completely solve the problem of bacterial contamination in the air and improve the quality of disinfectant sterilization, thereby meeting GMP and sterile hygiene requirements.
