Advantages of stacked industrial chillers (stacked refrigeration units) compared to liquid nitrogen:

Application of refrigerant:
When ultra-low temperature cascade industrial chillers (cascade chillers) are applied in industries such as pharmaceuticals, chemicals, and aerospace heat sink experiments, a refrigerant circulation system is usually required between the ultra-low temperature chillers (cascade chillers) and the user's load reaction tank.
1. Binary cascade low-temperature refrigeration units: There are mainly two series: low-temperature piston cascade units and low-temperature screw cascade units; The system adopts a binary cascade refrigeration system, consisting of a high-temperature stage (R404A/R22) and a low-temperature stage R23 combination, which can provide ultra-low temperature process cold sources ranging from -30 ℃ to 85 ℃; The cooling capacity of the unit ranges from 5kw to 700kw;
2. Three element cascade low-temperature refrigeration unit: It is composed of a high-temperature stage (R404A/R22), a low-temperature stage R23, and an ultra-low temperature stage (R14), and can provide a low-temperature process cold source of -120 ℃. The cooling capacity range of the unit is 3kw to 300kw; Cascade refrigeration units, water-cooled screw cascade refrigeration units, all use imported low-temperature screw compressors or low-temperature semi closed piston compressors, and the main components are well-known brands. They adopt the German Siemens PLC automatic control system; It has the characteristics of stability and low failure rate. Widely used in industries such as pharmaceuticals, biology, petroleum, chemical, light industry, biochemistry, pharmaceuticals, and scientific research that require low-temperature cooling and freezing, as well as in various ultra-low temperature laboratories as low-temperature cold sources.
