Square circular 150 discharge valveThe star shaped unloader device is the main equipment for dust removal, air supply, and other equipment feeding. The star shaped unloader is suitable for powdery and granular materials. Widely used in industrial sectors such as environmental protection, metallurgy, chemical industry, grain, and food.


Star shaped unloaders (also known as rigid wheel feeders, star shaped unloaders, blowers, rotary feeders, etc.) are widely used in building materials, metallurgy, chemical industry, power and other departments as ash hopper unloading devices for various dust removal equipment. It relies on the gravity of the material and the forced action of the feeder working mechanism to unload the material in the warehouse and continuously and uniformly feed it into the next device. It can also be used as a feeding and unloading device for various grinding machines, dryers, silos, and other equipment, suitable for drying powdered and small particle materials.


The unloading device is divided into three parts: motor, cycloidal pinwheel reducer, and rotary ash discharge valve.

(1) By adopting the principle of planetary rotation, the input and output shafts are aligned on the same axis and have the ability to be directly connected to the motor, resulting in a compact structure, beautiful appearance, small size, and light weight.

(2) Sealing performance *, uniform and stable feeding, smooth unloading operation, low noise, few faults, long service life, high wear resistance.

(3) Bearings, gearboxes, away from the valve body, avoiding the influence of high temperature dust, good sealing performance of front and rear end caps, preventing dust leakage, and extending the service life of motor components and lubrication systems.

(4) Strong overload capacity, low impact resistance and inertia force, suitable for frequent starting and reverse rotation.

(5) Configure special specialized motors according to user needs, such as explosion-proof, frequency modulation, speed regulation, marine motors, etc., to meet user's special requirements. Special processing can also be carried out on materials according to user needs, such as high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, stainless steel, flexible blades, explosion-proof impellers, etc.
