Overview

After no abnormal phenomena are found during 20 minutes of idle operation, stop the machine and check the temperature rise of the motor and reducer. If everything is normal, then check and tighten the relevant bolts and nuts, restart the machine, and slowly open the coal bin to allow the coal flow to enter the feeder from small to large, so that the feeder can be put into normal operation.

The working principle of the compound coal feeder is to drive the chain wheel to rotate through the electric motor, so that the chain drives the scraper to transport coal. Under the synergistic effect of chains and scrapers, coal is lifted, thrown out, and falls into the conveyor belt, achieving continuous transportation of coal.
