1、 Equipment purpose and scope of use

Sponge foam tensile test function: the machine is designed according toGB/T6344-1996, GB/T10808-2006, and ISO8067:1989 standards require design and manufacturing. It is applicable to the test of tensile strength, elongation at break and crevice performance of soft sponge foam polymer materials. This machine adopts a computer measurement and control system, with a fully Chinese display interface in the software, simple and convenient operation, and high testing accuracy.

Note: The upper space of the mobile crossbeam is equipped with a tensile fixture, which can be used for tensile testing. The lower space of the mobile crossbeam is for sponge indentation hardness testing, and the standard testing space is400 * 400 (length and width).

2、 Mechanical structure

This testing machine is fixed to the crossbeam and worktable by a column and two precision ball screws. It uses an AC servo motor and driver to drive two pairs of high-precision, gapless precision screws through a synchronous toothed belt to move the crossbeam up and down. It has the characteristics of reasonable structure, high rigidity, smooth loading, and good stability performance.
