1. This model is a series installation of multiple reactor modules, covering various working conditions from laboratory applications to small-scale trial production. It has a wide range of applications and complete functions, and can be flexibly adjusted according to actual working conditions;
2. The reactor chip is made of pressureless sintered silicon carbide material with a purity of over 99.5% and strong corrosion resistance. The thermal conductivity of the material is about 130W/mK;
3. The reaction unit is a 5-layer silicon carbide plate structure, which includes double-layer reaction channels and double-layer heat exchange channels. It is fused into a whole using bonding technology, greatly improving the pressure resistance and heat transfer capacity; The external of the reaction unit is wrapped with carbon fiber insulation layer and stainless steel shell, which improves the safety and temperature control accuracy of use; The internal reaction layer and heat exchange layer of the reactor chip are integrated inside the silicon carbide and adopt an integrated bonding packaging structure;
