Overview

OptistatDryFLEX, an optical low-temperature thermostat for spectral experiments, provides users with various optical path designs and optical performance characteristics for low-temperature sample environments. The refrigerant can be either liquid nitrogen or liquid helium, or models without refrigerant cooling can be selected; The sample can be placed in vacuum or in an exchange atmosphere; The temperature range is from below 2.3 K to 500 K.

Product Details

Spectral experiment optical low-temperature thermostat OptistatDryFLEX

OptistatDryFLEX is a low-temperature thermostat used for spectroscopic measurements, consisting of a compact thermostat with an optical pathway and a closed-loop refrigeration unit, featuring a top sampling design. The sample can be cooled to liquid helium temperature without the need for liquid refrigerant, which improves the convenience of use while reducing operating costs. Equipped with optical windows and measurement lead extension options, it can perform in-situ optical and electrical measurements.

• Non liquid helium low-temperature thermostat, top injection, sample in exchange gas

• Compressor: air-cooled or water-cooled

Sample space size: diameter 20 mm

• Temperature range:<4 K to 300 K

• Temperature stability: ± 0.1 K

System cooling time:<6 hours

• Typical cooling power: 0.2 W @ 5 K

Low vibration: Sample position vibration less than 10 µ m (Typical RMS)

Optical pathway: 28 mm large aperture optical window, numerical aperture f1

• Sample replacement time:<45 minutes (samples can be replaced while the thermostat is maintaining low temperature)

Ideal application: Especially suitable for low thermal conductivity samples, including powders or liquids

More versatilityCan be widely applied to various experiments and different spectroscopic techniques; The thermostat bracket is compatible with both imperial (1 inch spacing) and metric (25 mm spacing) optical platforms.

More flexible scalabilityA variety of sample holders, optical windows, and lead options can be customized and upgraded according to user experimental needs.

Faster experimentsThrough a unique sample access port, samples can be quickly and easily replaced without the need to move the low-temperature thermostat or recalibrate the optical path.

No liquid helium refrigerationNo liquid refrigerant is required.

Easy installationOnly a single power supply is needed, and the system is easy to install in a standard laboratory environment. You can choose between air-cooled compressors or water-cooled compressors.

software controlAll electronic products can be controlled through software, and communication interfaces include RS232, USB (serial emulation), TCP/IP, and GPIB. Provide LabVIEW function library and virtual controller to achieve PC based electronic device monitoring, and integrate them into a complete LabVIEW data acquisition system.
