The FaVEx-NM50 animal residue column is based on solid phase extraction purification principles such as similarity compatibility and ion exchange, but does not require activation equilibrium or elution. When the sample extraction solution passes through this SPE column in one step, impurities are retained on the packing, and then filtered through a 0.22-micron membrane to obtain the target substance solution, which is then loaded onto a liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry for analysis.

The FaVEx-NM50 animal residue specific column has been validated to be suitable for detecting 150 types of animal drug residues (including but not limited to sulfonamides, fluoroquinolones, tetracyclines, clenbuterol, etc.) in animal meat, viscera, aquatic products, milk, milk powder and other matrices.

Easy to operate, no need to activate equilibrium, saving solvents, experimental equipment, and manpower;

The sample solution passes through the SPE column at a rate of one drop per second for 5 minutes to complete column purification;

Equipped with a positive pressure solid-phase extraction device, batch of 6/12 pass through the column for higher efficiency;

Ø Paired with HPPE-48 high-throughput vacuum oscillation concentrator, batch 48 for concentration and dissolution, with higher efficiency;

Sample extraction and purification:

(1) Livestock meat, viscera, aquatic products, milk matrix

Weigh 2.5g of the sample and mix it with homogenized stone and 10mL of 80% acetonitrile solution (containing 0.2% formic acid);

High speed oscillating machine oscillates for 5 minutes, centrifuge (≥ 4000rpm) for 5 minutes;

Take all the extracted supernatant and pour it into the FaVEx-NM50 SPE column. Flow it out at a rate of 1 drop per second and collect all the filtrate;

Take 4.0mL of filtrate, concentrate to slightly dry, and dilute to 1.0mL with a 10% methanol/water solution;

After passing through a 0.22 μ m filter membrane, LC-MS/MS analysis was performed on the machine.

(2) Milk powder matrix

Weigh 2.5g of the sample, add 2.5mL of deionized water for hydration, and do not add homogeneous stones when fully dissolved. The rest is the same as method (1).
