    Detection of agricultural and veterinary drug residues using data processing assistance software (iTAS)

    The auxiliary experimenters significantly improve the efficiency of data processing. For example, a sample needs to be tested for more than 200 pesticide residues simultaneously. Assuming a batch of 20 samples, a total of about 40-100 pesticide residues are detected (2-5 pesticides are detected in each sample). If iTAS software is used to assist in data processing, after manually interpreting the spectrum, it only takes 5-10 minutes to complete sample concentration calculation, regulatory interpretation, and report production, which increases efficiency by 10 times.

    Determination of 183 pesticide/veterinary drug residues in animal derived foods by liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry

    This scheme provides a reliable, sensitive, and reproducible analysis method for 183 veterinary drug residues in animal derived food matrices. The sample pretreatment adopts the FaVEx rapid extraction column purification method, and the SPE column does not require activation equilibrium. The sample extraction solution only needs to be purified in one step through the SPE column. The instrument analysis adopts the Agilent 1260/1290 Infinity II UHPLC System (rapid mass spectrometry analysis scheme~24 minutes), which simplifies the detection of veterinary drug residues, and the analysis results meet the standard requirements.
