Overview
Soy milk tube sterilizer is used to sterilize dairy fluid materials such as soy milk and fresh milk. This equipment is also known as ultra-high temperature pasteurizer. Its sterilization temperature is around 120 ℃~125 ℃.

2、 Heating method of soy milk tube sterilizer
The thermal energy supply of this sterilizer can be selected from three options: electricity, steam, and hot water. The heat recovery capacity reaches 90%.
3、 Process of soy milk tube sterilizer
This tube sterilizer is designed to control the temperature difference between the product and water. The product is pumped from the balance tank, preheated to homogenization temperature, then preheated to 90-95 ℃ for stabilizing the milk protein, followed by ultra-high temperature sterilization and cooling to filling temperature. The system uses hot water for pre sterilization in the circulation loop to save energy. The diameter, shape (straight or corrugated), and selection of tube bundles are determined by the needs of the product. Each set of heat exchangers only requires 4 circular washers (only at the medium end).
