After optimizing the instrument, the basic steps for analyzing samples are as follows:

① Take a certain amount of sample and place it in a headspace bottle with a lid and seal;

② Place the headspace bottle on the sample tray;

③ Call method parameters and press the start key; Automatic output of result report upon completion of analysis.

★ Detection limit for solvent residue: ppm to sub ppm level (depending on the actual sample situation)

★ Headspace sample pretreatment: 40 samples, simultaneously heating/oscillating 6 samples at a temperature of 150 ℃; The injection volume and injection speed can be adjusted arbitrarily

★ Gas chromatograph: large volume column box, unique double door design, dual power supply system, EPC electronic flow control

High power vortex blower device ensures rapid cooling and uniformity of column box temperature up to 0.1 ℃

FID detector, no dead volume structure, sensitivity 10^-12G/s dynamic range: better than 10⁸
