Manganese peroxidaseIt is a glycosylated peroxidase containing iron hemoglobin, one of the key enzymes in lignin degradation, and has the ability to oxidize and degrade aromatic compounds. It can effectively degrade lignin, as well as difficult to degrade chlorides, azides, DTT, and polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons in wastewater and soil. It has wide applications in enzymatic bleaching of pulp, treatment and catalytic polymerization of agricultural waste, degradation of organic pollutants, and environmental bioremediation.

Manganese peroxidase in Mn2+Under the existing conditions, guaiacol can be oxidized to tetra-o-methoxyphenol, and the product has a characteristic absorption peak at 465 nm. The activity of soil manganese peroxidase can be characterized by changes in absorbance values.

Fresh soil samples are naturally air dried and sieved through a 30-50 mesh sieve.

To ensure accurate results and avoid reagent loss, please carefully read the instructions before testing (based on the actual received instructions), confirm whether the reagent storage and preparation are sufficient, whether the operating steps are clear, and be sure to take 2-3 samples with significant expected differences for pre testing. E. The expiration date of the BOXBIO reagent kit is 3-6 months. If the product is used unopened after the expiration date, we can exchange the product for you free of charge;

F. The express delivery costs incurred for returns and exchanges due to product quality issues will be borne by our company.
