The detector is mainly composed of sensors, integrated circuits, operational amplification circuits, analog voltage to standard current conversion, etc. The sensor converts the gas concentration into an analog electrical signal, which is then converted into a 4-20mA standard signal or RS485 signal and switch signal output through an integrated operational amplifier circuit and simulated voltage, and uploaded to the gas alarm controller or DCS system.
