Starting from the actual needs of laboratory information management, with automation and open management as the goal, it achieves automated management of the collection, return, and usage of laboratory chemicals, consumables, standards, etc., without the need for manual recording, improves safety, enhances data accuracy, strengthens automation, and truly realizes the intelligent management and operation integration of laboratory reagents (biological samples, consumables, chemicals, standards, etc.). Simultaneously purifying the waste gas generated from the storage of toxic and harmful chemicals, suitable for various fields and types of chemicals. Can store most chemicals used in the laboratory, purify toxic gases in the cabinet, purify laboratory air 24 hours a day, efficient and environmentally friendly.


Product features:

1. Metal components: The main material is galvanized steel plate with a thickness of ≥ 1.2mm, coated with epoxy resin electrostatic spraying, and covered with a durable chemical resistant lead-free coating to maintain high smoothness and minimize the effects of corrosion and moisture. The four corners are designed with rounded corners to prevent collision.

2. Door body: 5mm explosion-proof glass is fixed with sheet metal embedded around it, integrated with the cabinet, creating a grand and beautiful appearance.

3. Layer board: One piece molded PP tray, acid and alkali resistant, adjustable height, optional with uniformly perforated galvanized layer board.

4. Anti acid and alkali leakage drawer: made of polypropylene PP inner liner, corrosion-resistant, to prevent the leakage of liquid caused by the breakage of reagent bottles.

5. Real time temperature and humidity environment monitoring system, displaying real-time temperature and humidity, setting alarm parameters, ensuring product safety during use.

6. Fan monitoring: Fan system failure alarm, online adjustable fan speed, ensuring storage requirements for different chemical quantities.

7. Filter saturation alarm system: The product is equipped with double-layer filters and dual VOC probes. One probe monitors indoor air quality and the other monitors filter saturation status. The filter sets a saturation alarm value, which will sound an alarm if it exceeds the range. When the concentration exceeds the set value for a long time, the filter needs to be replaced.

8. PSC fan from the United States, with a voltage of 24 volts, stable performance, silent operation, and no sparks or static electricity.

9. Efficient filtration system, arranged and distributed according to particle size, following ASTM standards, effectively targets acidic gases and organic gases, with strong adsorption capacity. For particle filters, high-efficiency HEPA filters are used, with a filtration efficiency of 99.995% for particles larger than 0.3um.

10. The independent modular design of the main and auxiliary cabinets can be applied to different configuration scenarios, and one main cabinet can connect several auxiliary cabinets.

11. The air inlet of the auxiliary cabinet is fixed with a magnetic suction filter screen for easy cleaning and disassembly.

12. The auxiliary cabinet uses an intelligent electronic control lock with switch quantity for convenience and safety.

Working principle:

1. Fan

The fan located at the top of the cabinet draws air from the laboratory into the interior of the cabinet, creating negative pressure.

2. Gas filtration

The harmful gases evaporated from the reagents stored in the cabinet enter the filtration module through the fan, and the harmful gas molecules are intercepted and filtered by the filter, while the clean gas returns to the room.

3. High quality air purification function ensures that filtered clean air is returned indoors without harming human health.

4. Purifying laboratory air

24-hour purification of laboratory air to improve laboratory air quality (it is recommended to keep the medicine cabinet on for 24 hours).
