Laboratory weighing safety cabinetCharacteristics:

1. Metal components: The main material is galvanized steel plate with a thickness of ≥ 1.2mm, coated with epoxy resin electrostatic spraying, and covered with durable chemical resistant lead-free coating to maintain high smoothness and minimize the effects of corrosion and moisture.

2. Front and side panels: The main material is ≥ 6mm acrylic board, which has weather resistance, excellent chemical resistance, is not easy to age, colorless and transparent, transparent throughout, visually comfortable, and beautiful.

3. Seven inch LCD touch screen display, high-definition display resolution 1024 * 600, * visual system.

4. Real time temperature and humidity environment monitoring system, displaying temperature and humidity, setting alarm parameters, ensuring product safety during use.

5. Fan monitoring: Fan system failure alarm, online adjustable fan speed to ensure the required air volume for different chemical operations.

6. Filter saturation alarm system: The filter is set with a saturation alarm value. If it exceeds the range, an alarm will be triggered, corresponding to the VOC concentration level. When the alarm and concentration level are both high, the filter needs to be replaced.

7. PSC fan imported from the United States, with 24V voltage, stable performance, silent operation, and no spark static electricity.

8. Efficient filtration system, arranged and distributed according to particle size, following ASTM standards, effectively targets acidic gases and organic gases, with strong adsorption capacity. High efficiency HEPA filters are used for particles, with a filtration efficiency of 99.995% for particles larger than 0.3um.

9. LED lighting has a power equivalent to 25W fluorescent lamps, does not generate heat, is safe and does not affect the temperature of the experimental environment, is energy-saving, environmentally friendly, and has a long lifespan.

Working Principle:

1. Air inlet

Air can be directly drawn from the laboratory into the fume hood, creating negative pressure. The stable surface air velocity forms a natural barrier to isolate users from the chemicals they are handling.

2. Comprehensive filtration system

The fan system inhales toxic and harmful gases upwards, filters them, and returns clean air indoors. The excellent control concentration of the cabinet can ensure that the chemical gases inside the cabinet will not return indoors, causing pollution.

3. Clean laboratory air

Configure different filters according to different operations to effectively filter toxic and harmful gases, purify laboratory air, remove chemical residues and odors, and improve laboratory cleanliness levels.

4. Purifying the surrounding air

The continuous filtration efficiency of the fume hood can help purify indoor air.
