The SFT-120XW supercritical extractor can be equipped with 1 to 5 kettle positions for operation, with a maximum capacity of 1000mL extraction kettle. The maximum working pressure can reach 10000psi (approximately 68.9Mpa), and the operating temperature is mainly 200 ℃ and 250 ℃ (customized for 300 ℃). Therefore, it is particularly suitable for multi data rapid analysis, such as quality testing in most fields such as food, medicine, soil, etc.

The SFT-120XW supercritical extraction equipment is equipped with a preheating unit in front of the kettle, which enables the temperature inside the kettle to quickly reach the required extraction temperature, minimizing the occurrence of extraction by-products and playing an important role in improving product purity.

Overpressure alarm: high/low pressure alarm (PAH/PAL), mechanical bursting disc (11500psi)

Boosting pump: Nex-10 carbon dioxide boosting pump, alloy pump head, equipped with electronic refrigeration, shut-off valve, stainless steel fluid pipeline, anti blocking valve, pressure sensor. The pump is in continuous pressure mode with pressure setting. Automatic flow regulation to maintain pressure. The T-shaped one-way valve achieves a reliable flow rate drift of 0psi, with inlet and outlet filtration and a T-shaped pressure sensor. It does not increase the volume of the system and has a front panel flow rate adjustment with an increment of 0.1mL/min.
