Overview
The HSM-4 small laboratory heat sealer can accurately perform hot press sealing tests. It can be widely applied to flexible materials, laminated materials, foils, and paper. Thanks to the standard heat sealing clamping surface, temperature, pressure, and holding time can be precisely controlled for hot press sealing testing. The small laboratory heat sealer can meet the ASTM F-2029-00 standard (requires the selection of upper and lower heating fixtures). The clamping surface and jaw head adopt a wedge-shaped sliding surface design, which can be quickly replaced.

The HSM-4 small laboratory heat sealer can accurately perform hot press sealing tests. It can be widely applied to flexible materials, laminated materials, foils, and paper.
Thanks to the standard heat sealing clamping surface, temperature, pressure, and holding time can be precisely controlled for hot press sealing testing. The small laboratory heat sealer can meet the ASTM F-2029-00 standard (requires the selection of upper and lower heating fixtures).
The clamping surface and jaw head adopt a wedge-shaped sliding surface design, which can be quickly replaced.

1. Temperature range: 0-300 ℃, accuracy: ± 0.5%, operating accuracy: ± 0.2 ℃; J-type thermocouple sensor; Both types of heat seal configurations are available; Temperature control can be achieved with a single strip (top mounted) or double strips (top and bottom mounted);
2. Foot switch: can be operated by connecting the foot switch through the fracture, the foot switch is not selected;
