According to TS G001-2012, (Boiler Safety Technical Regulations)
1) Steam boilers with a designed normal water level and water capacity of<=30L are not within the scope of boiler safety supervision, which means they do not require manufacturing supervision, approval, installation inspection, annual inspection, or usage certification.
2) There is no explosion hazard or supervision requirement for L, only personnel need to be arranged for supervision, saving money and worry.
