Before powering on, it is necessary to carefully check whether the actual power parameters match the specified power parameters of this product. The power supply device should have leakage and overload protection functions, and attention should be paid to reliable grounding.

2. When everything is ready, the test sample can be placed. Close the box door, open the exhaust valve on the top of the box, and set the temperature controller to the desired temperature (refer to the manufacturer's manual for the use of the temperature controller).

3. Connect the power supply, turn on the power, heat the switch, and the green heating indicator light "ON" of the temperature controller will light up. At this time, the temperature inside the box begins to rise. Once it reaches the set temperature, the red constant temperature indicator light "OFF" of the temperature controller will light up. When the temperature is kept constant, the temperature can often continue to rise due to the influence of residual heat. This phenomenon will stabilize after about half an hour. Afterwards, a set of heating elements can be turned off (heating switch) to ensure constant fluctuation and save energy.

4. When items are placed in the drying box for drying, they should not be squeezed too much. There should be gaps between the items to prevent the convection of hot and cold air from being blocked, and to maintain a uniform temperature inside the box. The temperature inside the working chamber of the air blowing drying box is more uniform

5. The average maximum load of the sample mesh board is 15 kilograms. When placing items, do not place them too tightly or overload them.

1. The motor produces noise and the bearings are damaged. The bearings or motor should be replaced;

2. If the temperature controller displays abnormally and keeps heating up, the temperature measuring head will age/die, and it should be replaced in emergency situations;

3. If the temperature error is large, inaccurate, and the temperature measurement is aging, replace the temperature measuring head (note: temperature measuring head division number K, S, J, etc.)
