Material of industrial tunnel oven: 1. The shell is made of SS41A3-1.5T steel plate and is formed by punching and folding;

2. The inner layer plate is made of SUS-1.0 stainless steel plate by punching and folding;

3. The sealing material adopts imported Q-type high-temperature resistant silicone strip;

Thermal insulation material: alumina silicate fiber asbestos (80MM) with a temperature resistance of 1200 ℃;

Shell color: coated with high-temperature industrial paint; (Colors are optional!)

Heating system: using IR (infrared) heating tubes;

Electrical part: 1. Temperature control: Three sets of SANHE intelligent digital PID temperature controllers are used;

2. Power control: Three sets of LG contactors from South Korea are used for control;

3. Overtemperature control: Three sets of NNC Korean mechanical twist head temperature controllers are used;
