The stacked screw sludge dewatering machine is a new type of sludge dewatering equipment, which is rapidly being recognized and accepted by the market due to its advantages of energy saving, stability, and high degree of automation.

The stacked screw sludge dewatering machine is a new type of solid-liquid separation equipment that uses the principle of screw extrusion to achieve squeezing and dewatering of sludge through the strong extrusion force generated by changes in screw diameter and pitch, as well as the small gap between the moving ring and the fixed ring. The main body of the stacked screw sludge dewatering machine is composed of multiple fixed rings and moving rings, with a filtering device formed by a spiral shaft passing through them. The front section is the concentration section, and the middle section is the dewatering section, which completes the concentration and pressing dewatering of sludge in one cylinder, replacing traditional filter cloth and centrifugal filtration methods with a unique and subtle filter body mode.


After gravity concentration in the concentration section, the sludge is transported to the dewatering section. During the process, as the filter gap and pitch gradually decrease, and under the blocking effect of the back pressure plate, a great pressure is generated, and the volume continuously decreases, achieving the goal of full dewatering.


Detailed Introduction


Dehumidification: It has three major functional modules: intelligent control, automatic balance adjustment of cold and heat, and independent environmental detection. Intelligent control of cooling and heat output. Achieve a golden ratio in the distribution of cooling and heat output, and improve energy efficiency.



(1) Adopting a low-temperature (40 ℃ -75 ℃) fully enclosed drying mode, there is no odor overflow, no need to install complex deodorization devices, no exhaust gas emissions, and no need to install exhaust gas treatment equipment.


(2) Energy saving: Adopting 4-effect heat pump heat recovery technology, the closed drying mode has no waste heat emissions.


(3) Safety: Low temperature drying process below 80 ℃, fully suitable for sludge drying in municipal, electroplating, printing and dyeing, papermaking, and petrochemical industries; The system runs safely, without any explosion hazards, and does not require nitrogen flushing operation.


(4) Stabilization: Adopting the Pasteur sterilization method - low-temperature heating sterilization, the drying temperature above 75 ℃ can be maintained for 90 minutes to 120 minutes, effectively sterilizing over 90%.


(5) 83% moisture content sludge can be directly dried to 10% without the need for segmented disposal.


(6) Intelligence: Fully automated operation, saving a lot of labor costs.


(7) Savings: Small footprint, averaging about 6m2 per ton of mud; can be stacked vertically.


(8) Strong applicability: The daily processing capacity of a single drying line can reach 80 tons (80% moisture content sludge cake), which can be suitable for sludge dispersion or centralized treatment modes, saving sludge transportation costs and reducing environmental pollution during transportation.


(9) Durable: Made of corrosion-resistant materials such as stainless steel, the heat exchanger is made of highly corrosion-resistant materials and treated with electrophoretic anti-corrosion, resulting in a longer service life.


(10) Innovative technology: Adopting four effect dehumidification technology, controllable air humidity is lower (up to 10% or less), and drying efficiency is faster.
