SPS-100 is a single photon spectrometer covering the UV visible wavelength range of 200 nm to 900 nm. Combined with PDS-100 single photon detection system and customized electricmonochromatorIt can quantitatively evaluate spectra with intensities spanning six orders of magnitude. This monochromator has been specially optimized to achieve maximum suppression of internal stray light while achievingoptical fiberOptimization of coupling efficiency. CS-001 software supports controlling the monochromator wavelength with 0.1 nm step accuracy, combined with gating from 1 ms to 9.999 sphoton countingFunction. The system can generate CSV data files or provide real-time data curve display. The display interface allows for the selection of multiple parameters and presents them in linear/logarithmic coordinates. The generated CSV file can be directly used in Excel for any subsequent calculations or calibrations.
