1、 Introduction to the Guide Rail Electric Energy Meter Industry
With the rapid development of the economy, the demand for electricity in various industries is increasing, and the shortage of electricity resources and uneven electricity consumption at different times are still serious. With the further advancement of smart grid construction, electronic meters will show a trend of completely replacing induction meters and gradually transitioning to "smart meters". At present, various anti-interference and fault-tolerant technologies are adopted in the software of electric energy meters, such as Fourier fast filtering technology in AC sampling, measurement technology based on A/D conversion and DSP data processing technology, software error calibration technology, and delay selection filtering technology for switch input, in order to improve the anti-interference ability of the whole machine.

The rail mounted energy meter is a miniature intelligent energy meter developed by our company based on years of experience in meter design. It is used in 380V/220V terminal lighting systems and adopts a standard DIN35mm rail mounted structure with modular design. The width matches the miniature circuit breaker, making it easy to install inside the lighting box.
The electricity meter adopts LCD display to measure electrical energy and other electrical parameters, and can set parameters such as clock, rate period, etc. It also has the function of outputting electrical energy pulses. RS485 communication interface can be used to exchange data with the upper computer.

3、 Product execution standards:
Complies with the technical requirements for Class 1 and Class 2 static AC active energy meters in GB/T17215.321-2008 and IEC62053-21 international standards. Adopting LCD display with power pulse output function; RS485 communication interface can be used to exchange data with the upper computer, which facilitates the automation management of electricity consumption. Using microelectronics technology to measure electrical energy, the energy meter obtains voltage sampling signals from the voltage divider and current sampling signals from the current divider. This product is suitable for a wide voltage range, high reliability, long lifespan, high accuracy, low power consumption, and has functions such as anti-theft.

5、 Installation and use
1. The electricity meter has been inspected and qualified before leaving the factory, and sealed with a lead seal before installation and use. If there is no lead seal or it has been stored for too long, relevant departments should be asked to re verify and seal it before installation and use.
2. The electric meter should be installed in a dry and ventilated place, and the bottom plate for installing the electric meter should be fixed on a sturdy, fire-resistant, and vibration resistant wall. The height of the electric meter is about 1.8 meters.
3. Install and wire according to Figure 1 and Figure 2, tighten the wiring screws, and secure the connecting plate inside the terminal box.
4. The reading of an electric meter connected through a transformer must be multiplied by the transformation ratio to obtain the actual amount of electrical energy.
5. One table, one card: The IC card held by the user cannot be exchanged. In case of loss, a replacement card should be purchased from the power supply department (sales office).
6. Preparation for purchasing electricity: Before purchasing electricity, the user must insert the IC card into the card slot once to facilitate sending the data in the meter back to the computer database.
7. Electricity purchase method: When selling electricity, insert the IC card into the IC card reader and operate the computer to use it
Encrypt and write the account number, pre purchased power, alarm power, capacity limiting method, and capacity limiting power into the IC card.
8. Electricity card usage: Insert the power purchase card into the card slot. If it is a valid power purchase card, the meter will automatically read the data into the meter. The LCD display screen will show the remaining amount, power purchase amount, total purchase amount, total power consumption, user number, and constant in sequence. Please keep the card properly when unplugged.
9. Operation display: During the operation of the electricity meter, it alternately displays the remaining amount, purchase amount, total purchase amount, total electricity consumption, user number, and constant in the meter.
