MiniSURF is an optical measuring device used to test the surface roughness and microstructure of a single hair. The testing principle of MiniSURF is a special microscope system composed of an imaging camera and a piezoelectric motor using phase-shifting technology, using phase-shifting interferometry measurement technology. The microscope is placed on a stable support column on a platform. This ensures the stability of the test and eliminates the impact of vibration on the test. The system is equipped with a single hair sample stage that can be tilted for easy contrast and orientation adjustment during stripe light testing.
