1、 Connect the single door oven, the power supply of the single door constant temperature oven is 380V+N (three-phase four wire):

2、 Turn on the main power switch inside the control box;

3、 Wind detection: First turn on the click switch to the ON position, then open the oven door to check if the air system is working properly. You can use some light and thin objects to detect it. For example, place a small piece of paper or film on the oven air outlet. If the paper or film makes a loud sound when blown, it indicates that the air flow is normal. If the paper or film only swings slightly and the air volume is low, it indicates that the air flow is abnormal, that is, the fan is reversing. Just change the position of the power supply line U-V-W and any two phase lines to change the direction of the fan's air flow;

4、 Set oven time: First, set the required time on the time controller, press ▼▲ to change the temperature value, S represents 99.99 seconds, M represents 99.99 minutes, and H represents 99.99 hours;

5、 Close the time switch to put the oven into timer mode and operate normally;

6、 When the baking time is completed, the time indicator light will light up, the buzzer will sound an alarm, the time controller will automatically disconnect the power supply of the heating system, and the ventilation system will still operate normally. If you want to time the baking of the product again, you need to turn on and off the time switch again;

7、 Single door constant temperature oven temperature setting: First, close the temperature control switch to the NO position (digital intelligent temperature controller), press the SET button, then set the baking temperature, and press ▼▲ to change the temperature value;

8、 Single door constant temperature oven overtemperature setting: Mechanical and twist head thermostat, simply rotate the twist head to align the standard line with the scale line, dial the temperature controller to change the temperature value by pressing ▼▲, and the overtemperature value is generally set between+5 ℃ and 10 ℃ of the desired baking temperature.
