This production line has the characteristics of advanced control, significant rhythm, and easy maintenance. The workpiece conveyor adopts a high-temperature resistant metal mesh belt with stepless speed regulation. The heating area of the entire line adopts PID non-contact automatic power adjustment control, multi zone temperature control, and the protective gas source adopts ammonia furnace with gas purification device matching. The silicon steel annealing furnace can also be used for ideal continuous bright annealing, quenching, various precision electrical materials, stainless steel, electronic hardware products and other bright heat treatments under controlled atmosphere conditions for stainless steel products, tableware, tools, small parts, etc. It is a continuous annealing equipment used to eliminate mechanical stress on punched or iron core sheets and restore their electromagnetic properties. Mainly composed of: furnace body, heat-resistant steel muffle, insulation section, cooling section (air-cooled section+water-cooled section), transmission device, electrical system, and gas protection system. (Iron based, copper based) sintering, brazing, and protection with ammonia decomposition gas.
